Nature of Our Service

TandemLease.com is not a lender. We are an independent referral source that connects customers seeking to finance tandem bicycle purchases (up to $20,000) with our network of consumer-finance partners, currently including LightStream, Prosper, LendingClub, Upgrade. All financing decisions, terms, rates, and disbursements are made solely by the lender you select.

Eligibility

To use our referral service you must be at least 18 years old, a legal US resident, and able to enter into a binding contract. Lenders have their own eligibility requirements (credit, income, identification) which we do not control.

No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting an inquiry through tandemlease.com does not guarantee approval, a specific rate, or any particular loan amount or term. All offers come directly from our lender partners and are subject to their underwriting.

Limitation of Liability

TandemLease.com and Webb Capital Corp. are not liable for the acts or omissions of any lender or for any financing terms, fees, or outcomes arising from loans you obtain through a referral. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is $100.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts of Dallas County, Texas.
